Roti Kambing ( Ambon )
Another typical food archipelago that has taste and distinctive, "Goat Roti". Ambon Maluku origin of food is a combination of bread with goat stew, so we can enjoy a tasty curry sauce with some bread, it adds a sense.

Bread Materials

Yellow 3 eggs, beaten off
1 teaspoon salt
250 grams of flour
500 ml warm water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Fried onions for topping
