Mi Ongklok Wonosobo


This one is noodles with beef broth flavor is tasty and fragrant. Noodles with seasoning added scallions chives give a different flavor than other noodles.

Material

300 grams of wet noodles / egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
100 grams of boiled meat face, cut into pieces
4 cabbage leaves, roughly sliced
1 / 2 bunch chives scallions, sliced 2 cm
750 ml beef broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
